Set up in 2011 – Pont-y-Pwl & District Runners is a club that truly caters for everyone interested in running, from age 4 years up… First Steps Group was set up to provide an enviroment that encourages, motivates and introduces people to running – and to help those who are returning to running or looking to improve speed and distance.
Pont-y-pwl & District Runners are affiliated to Welsh Athletics, and participate in the Gwent Leisure Centre Leagues, and Gwent Cross Country League.
